Dinuba Police Department arrests in the last week.

• Juan Ramos, 18, of Dinuba was booked on Mar. 22 on suspicion of petty theft, a misdemeanor.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West El Monte Way for a subject with  a toy gun at Walmart. He also reportedly walked out of the store with several items without paying.

He was arrested at the scene, booked and cited with a promise to appear in court at a later date.

• Carl Bohn Anderson, 32, of Dinuba was booked on Mar. 22 on suspicion of being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia, being in possesion of a controlled substance, being in possession of burglary tools, driving without an interlock device and driving with a suspended license, all misdemeanors.

Police say officers contacted him in a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Alta Avenue after he was observed driving with a cracked windshield. After making contact with him it was discovered he was driving on a suspended license for Driving Under the Influence, and did not have the mandated interlock device in his vehicle.

Officers say he was also found to be in possesion of meth, drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. He was arrested at the scene, booked and later released with a promise to appear in court.

• Juan Francisco Perez, 23, of Dinuba was booked on Mar. 23 on suspicion of being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia and battery to a spouse or date, both misdemeanors.

Police say he was contacted regarding a service call for a physical altercation between a male and female. After an investigation it was determined that both subjects were the aggressors and threw each other to the ground. Both, according to the report, are in a dating relationship.

He was arrested in the 300 block of Villa Avenue, booked and transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility. During the booking process, he was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe.

• Alicia Martinez Rojas, 35, of Ivanhoe was booked on Mar. 23 on suspicion of battery to a spouse or date, a misdemeanor.

According to police, she was contacted regarding a service call for a physical altercation between a male and female. After an investigation it was determined that both subjects were the aggressors and threw each other to the ground. Both, according to the report, are in a dating relationship.

She was arrested in the 300 block of North Alta Avenue, booked and later transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.

• Leodegario Torres Viveros, 33, of Dinuba was booked on Mar. 25 on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, a felony.

Police say he allegedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old female at his residence.

He was arrested in the 100 block of South Crawford Avenue, booked and later transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for housing.
